Can quite misleading providers on DVT /PE now

    Well finally you guys can quit "misleading" providers on what your DVT /PE indications are and when you say "all NOACs have DVT /PE approval", you are actually stating the truth, without having to go into detail on the limited scope you had prior to this week. Now going to have to get back to "stroke is stroke", no reason to differentiate between Ischemic and Hemoragic... even though one occurs 90% of the time

    First of all, please learn how to spell "hemorrhagic" correctly. The fact is, Pradaxa is going by the wayside. Doctors (whether cardiologists or general practitioners) are scared of the GI side effects that go along with Pradaxa, as supported by the fact that over one-third of the patients in RELY had a GI side effect. Pradaxa's dose that balances the risk and benefit of stroke reduction with bleeding risk probably lies between 75mg and 150mg . . . You really should start looking for another job rather than spending your free time on Cafe Pharma.
