Was it ever a source of reliable information? You got the moron on this board making up stuff day and night and nothing ever comes true. It is amazing that people even give it a moments thought about it being even remotely true.

Anything new on this? Some folks seem to be talking about this in the field today, cannot tell if the sources are reliable (they have been in the past from time to time)

I got a call from attorney just today, and they're working on a huge, and I mean huge GSK case. They've heard from a search firm that as soon as enough people file with EEOC, the board will ouster DC and will jettison Patient First. So grow some hair, and file already, willya?! I personally know 1,460 people that have filed. White men, mostly, because we are the "new" minority. And as we all know, we're NOT getting good raises and promotions under DC's contrived Patient First system.

Really, don't pay attention to the douche bag, file with EEOC and don't sign the litigation waiver and don't let GSK intimidate you any longer. I will continue to stay on a consistent message just like I was trained for PF and will never give up.

Why do you continue to repeat your EEOC nonsense when everyone knows you are full of it.

Doesn't matter this crap is in the CIA until 2019. They sold us down the river along with the company. They still get their bonuses, even though 99% of the unethical things that happened originated with upper management.

A few years ago, some blogger claimed that our getting fined for off label promotion and data suppression was actually a good business move, from a dollar and cents point of view. He claimed that many billions were made because of Paxil and Wellbutrin off label claims, and because we held back data on AEs.

For those of you that may have not taken the test or simmation for this semester the EEOC investigator strongly recommended video taping your assessments for physical proof of company discrepancies. Additionally start saving all pertinent emails, texts (do a screen shot photo if you have an iPhone ) and any other documents or material that may be relavent. And don't sign the litigation waiver unless they offer a fair package. And lastly audio taping of the simulation is not advisable since some states have different laws pertaining to this activity. If you are in a state that permits just one person aware of the taping you are covered problem is you don't rally have a clue where or even what country the simulation person is calling from. You can take personal notes of the interaction. Good luck and don't let GSK intimidate you any longer, stand up and do the right thing.

I call BS on this post and the whole thread as a matter of fact. EEOC investigator? Cut me a break! And what the hell is a simmation, and what does relavent mean? Your AutoCheck should've screamed "spelling errors", and your dumb-ass over-rode that spellcheck to type in some drivel on here. Man the hell up, file with EEOC, post your attorney's name! Otherwise, I hope and pray that no one is dumb enough to do what you ask.

For a pharma President to be canned, they have to be caught pulling some stupid stuff. And by the way, their golden parachutes are so big that they provide generational wealth. (Personally, I'd rather see her stay and suffer with the rest of us until the CIA is over.)

When I filed recently at the Atlanta eeoc branch I was assigned an in investigator who not only helped me shape and frame the complaint he also sent me quite a bit of useful information on the role of the eeoc and the mediation process. I am quite amazed you did not know how the process works but instead preferred to critique their spelling and trying to diminish their message.

Her pet project was to switch from sales bonus from prescription data to the PF model. Where she failed was if she was going to remake the system, GSK had to protect the integrity of the data used to evaluate individuals. We will never know to what extent the Rx data was protected if at all. But there is no doubt she dropped the ball with protecting the PF data. Her main mistake came when she allowed the honor system as the only firewall. All test should of been proctored. Yes GSK does require you to acknowledge your honesty before taking certs, assessments and simulations but they also held the security of your career over your head. But her decision to not disclose the test results and then to design such a convoluted system to grade each individual will lead to her downfall. Someday GSK will be a case study at some prestigious business school on how socialism and personal politics brought down a giant worldwide pharma company.
