Make sure you all label coverage issues when entering call notes, trust me make sure you put the blame where blame is due. You may have goofy CYA metrics placed soon but shine that good ole light on the truth!

be careful with notes, I know several called to depositions where call notes were used by bottom feeder lawyers..........be very careful !
