You're an idiot. And shut the hell up. To the OP: Get over it. Companies don't have fat pocketbooks anymore. You don't get a huge expense account with a Lexus and all the comp'd phones, laptops, and hotel rooms like you think you might have before. If your hangup about a job is a fucking room for 3 weeks of training, then get out now. If you can suck it up like everyone else who goes through training at every other company, then you might do well at Applied.

it really is hard to believe that this 2nd rate company makes people have roommates for 3 damn weeks! I have never heard of that before. Guess that's why i work at Ethicon!! HA! HA! HA!

@ both Biomet and Globus training I stayed with a roommate. Now I'm with a start-up and they make us room, kind of ridiculous but I'm making 300k so I choose my battles. Applied does suck though.

 

Seriously, any company that makes trainees room together is a bit out of step with corporate America. People need a little room by themselves after a stressful day. Some people like to go to bed erly and some stay up late. This shows absolutely no respect for their employees, not to mention they are cheap as hell.

The King sized bed is really big when you think about it and is something you get used to and bond over..Eating dinner at 5:00 in the cafeteria also gives you additional quality time to bond...be sure to take detailed, quality notes on Said's talk on ethics and ethos. It will all be a magical, memorable experience..

With luck there will be some hot ass in your class.

Our training class was from Hell.... Not even one hot rep to bond with in our class, just a bunch of young, dumbasses. I would have never joined this company if I hadn't been canned by my previous employer. Our company Suks ass and can't wait to find a real job again! They were the only ones who would hire me after getting fired from my last gig.

Is anyone else from this training class sick of these ridiculous role plays, stupid tests we have to waste our weekends studying for, or how we have to share rental cars? This company sucks harder than a porn star getting ready to swallow!

i got my own room - told hr and mgr i sore and fart a lot. That became true when i had to woof down prison food at 5 o'clock - a bunch of us ended up just eating out or takeout.

 

Typical response from upper management. I heard about the arrogance of a select few managers here and the kind of responses I can expect on here long before I started. Every time I see the managers in the hallway here I want to trip them and watch them fall flat on their face. You should be honored to have me at your company. And if u read my original post, I wasnt talking to upper management. Get off here and go do something productive. We only have a few minutes left on our break and I need to get ready for my last role play.
