Default J&J to Beef up Internal Oversight

It is good that J&J is finally going to strengthen its internal oversight.

This has as much of chance as being meaningful as a snowball in hell.
Couple this with the Credo and you have more pure BS.

Lol Re: J&J to Beef up Internal Oversight

They tried this same approach in 2000-2002 timeframe "corporate office of compliance", had board level reporting/responsbility, staffed the group with persons at the end of their career, then promptly gutted the group in the 2006-2009 timeframe. When problems started again, they named Shetty responsible for QA and Compliance. And where is his name is this discussion?

JnJ will use this as an opportunity to unload tons of pension "close" employees. They would prefer a string of coincidental accidental deaths but that costs too much to pull off.

Hopefully the internal oversight means oversight of managersat various sites who sabotage anyone with ambition and who sets up a person with potential to make themselves look good. A real problem at many sites. Some great talent has been lost due to the inability of many leaders to manage talent successfully and not be intimidated.

AT JBI, formerly Centocor, the area business managers have coached the reps for years on how to exploit the expense system. I challenge J n J to even try to catch these managers. They are much too smart to be caught.

Maybe check on the time some managers actually work... the come in when they want, take three hour lunches and sometimes don't come back or come back for an hour or two and go home for the day.
