If you are trying to show this to surgeons you must not be a very good rep. You are only trying to stir old emotions of ASR and open yourself up. Stryker has not been without recalls and the guy who was in charge during ASR is now your president.
How about Trident, Otismed, ABG, OP-1 and Neptune to start? Not a very good history over the past 10 years and this names just some issues.
