If Pfizer does buy AZ, what does that do to the severance. My understanding is that the severance changes, for the better, if a buyout happens. Any thoughts?
I was received the minimum 12 weeks for only 6 weeks with AZ. I would think if Pfizer would cut they would do bare minimum due to so many getting laid off. I feel for all those former Amylin and BMS representatives. You all got screwed!
One thing to remember. Many pharma companies don't want former AZ employees. It's a reputation we have had form some years now. So, now would be a good time to seek something outside of pharma.
When Pfizer bought Wyeth.... Package was auto 3 months pay with a month's salary for every year of service. A year of health bene's. TAKE IT
