Contract Renewal Question

    As the year wraps up and new contracts are put into place, I heard that we can give up to 15% off pricing for renewals "at risk" as long as the 2012 sales exceed 2011. This is supposed to be hush-hush, so I don't know how to get it executed before year end. Any ideas?
