Considering a position with Stryker bed division.
Was told there was limited market share and the capital budgets have become limited.
Has there been high turnover among reps?
    Do reps collect a base?

    Thanks

No Base, and success in that role highly depends on territory. Can be a good fit for the right person looking for a true sales position starting from the ground up.

Really good products but have to fight Hill Rom contracts. Capital will loosen after years of tight budgets. Beds don't last forever. Regional Manager title is same as the fluffed up AVP title at Ortho. Div. If you are a good salesman you can do well here.

Not saying you are wrong or right but why do you think capital budgets are going to loosen up. Everything I am hearing is the opposite, although I do hope you are correct.

Stryker is on the decline, a company full of hypocrisy. All their divisions are devoid of leadership. They are no longer a sales company that values salesmanship.
