Doesn't seem to be a wise business practice to hire someone as a marketer pay them a salary provide them a vehicle, a expense account and do not require them to market, but to allow them to sit in an office and do nothing. Then say they are now a CM (after they had already hired someone as CM) and let them keep the car, and the expense account... And they wonder why they lose money...umm
I believe that is not allowed. I would go to your SVP of OPS. Trust me, when it comes to this shit , they are all over it. I'm sure the AVPs have not mentioned this therefore it's an oversight.
The SVP is aware of it and is also allowing this person to do this. We in the office here in Monroe do not feel it is right..
You are saying this person was hired originally as a CM with benefits of a company car? I believe they were originally hired as an AE.
