You won't make more than $160 k total comp at plan as a manager. Just interviewed and wish I would have been told that by the recruiter prior...more of an entry level mgr position just fyi.
No freeze and those other posts are wrong and by Mgrs not getting it done. Comp is $200+ if you are any good. This is my experience.
How about surgical sales reps? I was approached about a sales job and was told $130K at plan. Not that this is good, but is it accurate?
It depends on the Strategic Business Unit. Some are comped more based on the type of products and call point.
Some people are so freakin spoiled. Let's bitch about making ONLY 160K for just bitching at people and hiring/ firing them. I have never worked there but with management, you are set because when a rep does well, you get a bonus and if the rep sucks, you just get to blame him and fire him.
