Is this a decent program? I was contacted to interview but have not heard much about it.

Actually, there are some pretty good people in the MSB sales education department. Chris Bond and Bob Smith to name a couple. I always enjoyed working with those guys when I was with MSB.

Solid way to break in the business. Great training and exposure to different areas. You will be called upon if a territory opens up and its a good fit. Ready to roll in the territory afterwards. They really put this program together nicely.

Chris Bond is a good guy. Back in the day, he used to work in the mailroom. Nice to see that his career has progressed quite well over 20 years.

any news on the pay standardization yet? Was told directly from HR that its happening because they dont want people making the big bucks anymore. Time to bring in the young guns who work for nothing.

From the Mailroom to Sales Training? wow That sounds a lot like the Ortho. people in Mahwah. How do you really train having never worked in a territory? Walk a mile in my shoes, I think not. Shows me that Sales Leadership in NJ is out of touch with sales. Just my opinion.
