Recently applied online then received an assessment test wondering what for. I have experience and find this rather insulting. Saw their questions and it's ridiculous! Serious thoughts please! Thanks!
If you think the assessment is ridiculous wait til you get hired. Unrealistic quotas, constantly changing performance metrics, conference calls and daily reports,and then there is the management or lack of.... Good luck in your job search and I hope you have other options than here.
First question If it cost's you .20 cents to produce a gallon of moonshine and you sell it for $3 what is your gross margin? Billy Bob?
