Is it normal in this company to be terminated without understanding why? I never had any disciplinary actions or was never on PIP. Just termed on the spot. I understand that NJ is at will employment, but anyway.. VP created some kind of explanation, not even near substantiating immediate termination. I left perplexed. Please if you want to be negative, choose another post. I was termed right before Christmas, still trying to cope.
Home Health or Hospice? When did you start? Who is the VP? It might help others if they're considering this company.
Its Hospice and I was DOO. I started in June. New VP took over less than a month when she termed me. New Area BD as well.
The reality is the previous VP set the stage for termination. Typical of this person to allow others to do her work.
