There are serious issues facing our industry, and while I understand your concern about being overrun with spam, you should be equally concerned with being overrun by people who have nothing to do with Novartis or the pharmaceutical industry. Coming from someone with a fed govt subsidized employer provided healthcare policy living in a house where at least 20% of its value is due to the govt subsidized mortgage whose kids go to schools funded by taxes on the govt inflated proportion values ......

The current yearly fed govt deficit is about equal to the costs of middle class subsidies.
