    He and his colleague from the NE were both so arrogant this week during interviews with internal candidates. They don't respect us at all. Looks like he will do what she did on NE.

    LP does not listen to other colleagues, he thinks he knows it all, consistently repeats his Merck experiences without correlation to current LCZ business objectives. Being overconfident and not listening to customers / people is a major weakness in leadership.

    Why would Eskimos buy ice? Maybe "sell ice at a beach in Mexico" is more appropriate?

    I wonder why he doesn't want internal talent? Maybe ignorance is your strength?

    Don't pay any attention to the way you were treated. Most of these positions are already filled before you interview. They need to make it appear they're giving other candidates, including internal candidates a opportunity. Job Postings are just window dressing.
