Is this position for promoting Alair? It seems more like taking direction from reps rather than selling. Does it lead to an actual rep role or would this be a bad move if that's my end goal?

What base salaries are you getting? Company car?

Base is at 68K to start and goes up after a year to 76K. There is a bonus plan in place so at plan you should make around 100k first year and around 115k or second year. There is a set plan in place so you will go up in base and bonus two years after that. There is no negotiating with this. This is a clinical specialist role where you will be promoting the Alair device to hospitals, respiratory centers and physician office. You will be working with territory reps in area. This is a great way to get in to a great company and get some experience especially if you are new to medical sales. I do think you can one day become a territory rep if not here then somewhere else with this experience but, you need to do this for at least 2 years. Goal for this for company is to have a spin off and have own Pulmonary Division and you will have great opportunities from there..... Car is allowance/mileage and it is calculated by where you live.
