What has happened to Philips????

What has happened to this company? I've been here over 10 years and I've finally gotten to the point of being 100% fed up. Constant layoffs, added job duties every 2 months that require significant time each week, and the only accountability is with me and my peers. We used to be known as the People company of the big 3 and that is long gone. The only love given by middle management and above is for their bonuses. I have updated my resume and actively looking. There has to be a company out there that cares about me and my abilities.

 

What took you so long. That place ha been a disaster for 5 years. You will be much happier somewhere else, most are.
