Everywhere dude. Clinical development is turning over again, they just lost their entire statistics group". The siloing mentality from Barcalona is so 1970s and backwards it is destroying the company.

But what about sales reps leaving? Isn't the NY/CT rep gone? Anyone else?

Basically they have a base salary. The company has decided to make goals unattainable so that people don't get bonuses anymore. Has been happening for awhile now. People finally fed up and are leaving.

It's happening in the other divisions as well...especially the Thrombate and coag reps.

Try the 1950's! Grifols was a little fish in a big pond until Cerberus chose them and literally set them up to be able to buy Talecris. Unfortunately pride in the past (justified or not) causes those at the top to close their eyes, ears, and minds to newer ideas. It is really sad to watch what we built as Talecris slowly slide to mediocrity. Choosing the comfort of a protected inner circle dooms one to never knowing for certain what is really going on outside of the circle.

The siloing mentality is from the 50's. The product line is from the 70's. The pipeline is non-existent.

I totally agree. The Spanish mangers are so under-qualified/incompetent for the jobs they are given. I wonder if USCIS knows that visas were incorrectly/fraudulently awarded? So many promising projects killed and now we are back to doing product line extension projects. People are leaving as fast as they can find a new job.

No...so many of our patients will be switching to better products in the future. Too bad we don't have any products in the pipeline. SMH, What the hell is going to change in the NEAR future?

How so? Those talented people who left and those many more actively looking outside have been hearing that for the last 3+ years. The issue is a basic cultural incompatability . If you are Spanish management you believe you aleady know everything worth knowing. If you are American you know how ridiculous and antiquated such thinking is. Unfortunately no one has come up with a Flebowhatever to fix stupid.

Typically when a disgruntled person leaves and a new person is hired, the territory performs better because the new person is open to seeing possibilities.
