    ES will definitely be missed. She and Pro Chem have contributed a lot to Allergan's success.

    Knives in the back?....that is the way of the world in the VK building. Backstabbing at it's best. If you don't have the necessary experience and qualifications to do the job, stabbing people in the back is the next best thing.

    Someone should let him know "damage control" means putting together a excuse to cover your ass when you get caught doing something that would surely cause you conflict

    You want to grow and get better - that makes sense because you never know when your employer will change course and decide to throw you off as unnecessary. Getting better means change and change means risk and risk means fear. The organization is filled with people who have been punished when they try to make things better, because the boss is afraid. When will that get better?
