Go make more calls per day/ more P2P's. Well the sales force has delivered on the metrics. When will they get it? Patient First,assessments, simulations....no Med D coverage for new drugs, blah, blah, blah,
If for once they'd take their collective heads out of their asses and listen to the sales force!
I think Witty and DC are on their way out. It's one thing to have a totally demotivated, demoralized sales force- It's totally another when the stockholders are looking for returns and just getting lip service. We need a new captain!
Hopefully upper managements days are numbered!
