Yes, we have all said it all along. The PF model will work as long as there is no reason to worry about results. When the medicines we sell are mature, established, and in the later stages of their lifecycle, when they are actually expected to decline some anyway, PF is not a problem. But when the pipeline delivers and the revenue is not anywhere near what is expected from these new medicines, then PF will fall like the house of cards it really is. How many billions of dollars has GSK spent to research these new medicines, which will now be subpar at best due to this? How much money has GSK wasted on a 1960's business model of micromanagement, motivation by fear, harassment, and intimidation that demotivates the entire sales force? How many peoples careers have been destroyed? So now what we knew was coming is reality, and the person who has been testing everyone else should try passing a test of their own. Unfortunately they are not capable. We need new leadership, and fast.

Pretty sad. If they would have just put their ear to the ground they would have known what a disaster it is. And that is the problem, they refused to listen. Not a lot to brag about these days.
