Some simple math to start the New Year

    Schemes don't work and neither do most PSSs and their bosses are even more worthless bringing zero value to the customer. Ask yourself one honest question: If AZ was your company, would you pay you to do what you do? Would you pay your DSM or boss to do what they do? AZ leadership wouldn't either if it was really their money they were spending. This cluster fucking joke of a job cannot go on much longer.

    Don't disagree that reps aren't bringing as much value to the table as they should (don't blame the reps though, especially given the number of people promoting). Still, if there were no reps to launch or promote a drug, especially at launch and early years, it would die. For example, Nexium would have never have taken such large market share from Prilosec without heavy promotion. It would have done next to nothing.

    To answer your questions as things currently stand? No on both accounts. Still, you need a sales force, just not so large.

    Obviously the consultants think otherwise.
