Well, yes and no. You own nothing. You have produced nothing. But, you are recognized as superior and lauded by your higher ups for success using invisible numbers and magicical thinking. In this business, that is all that matters.

And so are our territories. It's set up that way because you need the help, it's pretty clear ESS is the answer to the flattening diabetes portfolio.

 

They haven't been effective in my area either. If they would separate their data from ours I would give a rats ass how they are doing.

 

The only thing flattening is the growth we had in endos before you "owned" them.

Awesome information coming from the DSamplingSpecialists. Moved a lot of share prior to ESSs? Right!! If you spent as much time work as you do on Cafe, maybe,maybe you could sample more and move share .1% with your customers. Doubt it though

 

ESS won't see 2016. The "expansion" was a last ditch effort. Unless there is a nationwide sales miracle through H1 the wheels will be set in motion for ESS dissolution.

 

The miracle would be if these ESS clowns communicated with each other and called on our specialists with any semblance of frequency. That, or they managed not to go into the same accounts on the same day or at the same time and then collectively neglect that office for weeks.

 

Guess I am not the only one who deals with this. ESS acts superior to DSS yet hardly anybody went for the ESS openings. At least, nobody worth a s*hit. ESS is a joke, we would do so much better without them with a local DSS calling on EVERY endo, EVERY week.
