Interesting thread. How do you define "best rep?" Is it the one with the most achievement of forecast? Hmmmm? Lots of factors role into this. That can't be the definition. The rep rated highest by the DM? No way on this for obvious reasons? The one with the longest tenure with the company? Naaaaa not even close. How about the rep that falcifies the highest percent of calls and still has a job because they haven't been caught? Well now that's not bad. There may be many more criteria I haven't listed.
