    Well it's official...

With 1400 C1, 300 C3 positions and somewhere around 20% +|- vacancy rate should be interesting to see how the numbers shake out. DBMs and RMs in these clusters to probably see a significant reduction percentage wise. Solo accountability CL1 reps probably the safest. Most likely won't know the full story until the ADAM window as position alignments need to be in the system to allow positions to go live in Q1. Simply speculation but would expect reps to know their fate late sept-mid oct at the earliest probably later. Smdh!

It's BS that C3 already had to go thru this (Dec 2012) and may get whacked again. C1 was left untouched while the old C2 was cut in half (well over half of DMs & RMs), and then split into C2, C3, & C4. I'm not advocating for nayone to lose their job, but why should C3 - a tiny cluster that has allegedly been exceeding expectations - get whacked again?

Hopefully there are enough vacancies, and enough contractual obligations vis a vis Eliquis, to kep most folks in place. Who knows, but if C3 gets whacked, it'll be another example of good people getting effed in the butt, despite all the "respect for people" nonsense on the company website.

There are a lot of other people who are less valuable that should be gone first: KAMs, IS reps, cluster 2 DSRs.

I agree . all cluster 1 does is collect signatures. lazy group of autobots!! Im so sick of this drama. What about relationships with physicians? Stop telling us that you are preserving this when you have an outside agency make the decisions.
