Layoff status???

Over 50......sue the bastards. No, claim sexual harassment. They'll settle to avoid the lawsuit and your manager will fold to save his/her ass.

 

I looked on the HR site but didn't find anything about any severance except the amounts for the layoffs. Nothing out side of that. And no confirm of any amount if you don't sign a pip.

Anyone able tell us where to look in the Pfizer intranet.

You cannot sue if you take the severence period as you have signed that you would not take legal action.

 

you're full of crap. pfizer covered their miserable ass very well in 2006-7. More younger reps fired than older. You must have had a special case. My lawyer advised to take the money and run, and he is a money-grubbing/shark/lawyer if there ever was one.
