Sales Goals for 2013- Not Now or ever this year, waiting for cuts.

 

IS talent with vaccines filling vacancies.
New division to be called Institutional Sales
Top 75% IS survive; Top 25% vaccines, if hospital IS job vacant.
Reorg structure starts 7/1.

Kristen will be the new VP.

 

NO WAY IN HE.. will it be IS only!! DBMs may all be IS but reps will be mixed together. IS doesn't have the upper hand as far as products go.

I am top 25% for vaccine but my IS counterpart is doing pretty well also. (Definitely top half)
When are they going to let the field know this is taking place?

Hmmmm, NONE of the positions are SAFE!

We are all in VILE positions counting VIALS.

Folks, take the time to plan your future AWAY from Pfizer, before it is too late!

 

You know you're screwed when: vaccine division has more reps than adult vial sales.

 

I think I saw somewhere in all these readings that people will know more at the end of May.

 

We don't sell vials. Prevnar has not been available in a vial since 2006. So take this individuals comments for what they are, worthless.

Both divisions are safe. Let's just keeping selling and working together.

 

Vaccines is in trouble. No goals and they are the only group in the company doing the STAT plan. Why would Pfizer need all this account info? Duh. They want to know where the account stands on buying, who are the contacts, how does the account vaccinate, etc.... It's all a bit suspicious.

 

Did everyone get the single vial email or just iS? Once again, vaccine reps left without a clue by their own mgmt and brand team.

 

How and why does IS have Prevnar data and Vaccines not so? Vaccine data easiest to capture since its direct buy/bill orders taken by Vaccine rep. Instead they've been turned into IMS data gathering queens, for what? To ensure vaccines call on offices for info gathering?
