I don't see how everyone will keep their jobs in the location they are in. It just doesn't make sense.
Blue Rep here, all this time I thought we were fine but now am really starting to wonder. No announcements and supposedly a National POA which we are not invited to? And we were not even allowed to apply for Red Team positions at launch. DMs are really trying to move their people into other divisions. Does anybody know anything? Any inside info?

I agree. It does suck everywhere. I left about 2 months ago. It sucks here, but there probably isn't quite as much micromanagement where I am now. Plus, though we have e learning modules, it's nowhere near as many as Otsuka. Just an FYI. But, you are right...it does suck everywhere, and Otsuka pays well.
If it sucks everywhere, why stay in a position where you are waiting for the next shoe to drop? Why not go where you make less but have more security, albeit temporary (until the next loss of exclusivity)? Why subject yourself to the daily angst and loss of income once you're laid off? Who knows how long it will take to find another gig.
