    third qtr earnings was very bad! 5 Black Box Warnings = NO Respect, NO Sales, NO Bonus, NO Job! leaving asap

    WARNING: FATAL AND SERIOUS TOXICITIES: HEPATIC, SEVERE DIARRHEA, COLITIS, PNEUMONITIS, and INTESTINAL PERFORATION.

    Not well tolerated, discontinuations of therapy are very common on trial. Deaths and Serious Toxicities not uncommon - a leper drug.

    Oncologists are throwing this in my face every day. I'm sorry to say this battle can't be won with this PI and new/safer PI3Ks coming soon.

    So glad I didn't join the "poop parade". I interviewed with the rd on the west coast, box of rocks - didn't even know if the drug was iv or po.
