    If it really is Jon, you must know we WERE the leader in women's healthcare before Paul and you destroyed our position and culture. The culture now is one of fear...no one wants to talk to management. We seem to always be concerned for our jobs because you fools have so many "downsizings", "right-sizings", "re-alignments" or whatever it is you want to call kicking quality people out the door. It is sickening to see how many award winning reps have been tossed out. How can we possibly trust you or your management team who are just as concerned for their jobs as we are? Get real.

    Jon, what is your plan for PIP's this year? With the majority of your sales force, way behind quota are you going to demand that your managers place every single 'under performer' on a PIP?

    Anyone not at national avg and above will get partially meets unless of course you have a mgr who understands how ridiculous our system is, in which case, you are lucky, lucky, lucky. Some mgrs get it, others are just towin the line. It is all a joke and the smartest are prepping.

    Doesn't anyone on a PIP not get bonus? They can't put everyone who doesn't hit quota on a PIP. that would be a disaster.

    Jon, when are you and the management team going to realize that counting kits and inventory spread sheets will never sell more product? I wastes everyone's time, irritates customers and takes time away from selling.

    I think your missing the point. If you just listen to the guidance and sell a 5 pack every week you will hit your number it's really simple. People love 5 packs and they love them inserted in balloon knots while doing total office calls. Keep calm while this is occurring, afterward please detail visaids and make sure your new inserter the focal point of your sales call. Talk about how it feels less dirty for women who choose 3 year contraception. Finally, talk for the next half hour about the doctors personal life and pretend they are your friends. Make sure you get your sign in sheet correct and enter your stinkcall. Send a detailed email to your manager how you sold so well and then get home by 1 at the latest.
