RDC RESTRUCTURE or SALE WHICH WILL IT BE?

RDC lost another major contract position...how long can we last??

 

Not to mention another consecutive quarter (7 in a row) where the national pump quota will be missed!

 

And the new combined POL/POC sales force is $19 million short of an unrealistic goal with 3 months to go in the year. There are also POL reps who don't know the POC job and vice versa, no blood gas specialists and poor morale. Sounds like more cuts coming soon.

So what happens to the RDC division when they see that territories don't have enough concierge and key accounts???

 

Nothing happens to the division-we just find reps who can sell.
