    When will Farxiga be covered by a significant insurance plan. The $0 card isn't the end-all, be-all.

    Someone please explain how we make money as a company long term with zero copay, especially with cash patients. Seems shortsighted.

    Who ever wrote this apparently hasn't heard of our co-pay cards, wow. Formularies just don't make quite switches, they are done 6 mnths to a year or so in advance. Give it time.

    Keep drinking the kool-aid. At AZ thats how it works. At other real pharma companies, updates on new formulary wins are regular...and expected.

    No formulary will help detract docs from not writing a product with bladder cancer warning. Cant even give it away for free.
