Do CTL's know who the handraisers are

    The better question is that HR told Hand Raisers that info would remain private and only if the Rep said something would management know that a particular Rep even raised their hand.

    Based on Merck's overt concern for lawsuits this is probably the case....

    1. I've heard from several regions that the number of people who raised their hands are an average of 10-15

    --BS I BELIEVE IT IS WAY MORE THAN THAT !

    2. If a rep raised their hand (here comes the lawsuit part) and then were kept; think of the aftermath of somehow in any form or fashion mis-treating that Rep in any way.... Could that Rep have a potential lawsuit case against the company saying that their are being targeted simply because they raised their hand ?

    Of course they do. This company has zero respect for employee privacy.
