AZ would be lost without Accenture. The problems with your systems stem from you own IS people. It would be a lot worse if they were built by your own.

 

Keep telling yourself that junior. Gosh, how could anyone survive without Accenture? You guys are leeches. Nothing more.

 

You're both probably correct. AZ is too dependent on Accenture and other contractors to manage its business, and for so long that its own people no longer have the knowledge and skill to navigate without them. We no longer know our own business.

 

What do you know? AZ business units know what value they get from IT. Thats why they turn to us.

 

Come on, you can’t be serious. Café Pharma is full of complaints about your shoddy work. icall is just the latest. And every time you put something in production we spend the next few months fixing the bugs.

You can be sure Accenture isn't going anywhere. AZ wouldn't know what to do without us.

 

AGREE!!! When are some of our leaders going to sacrifice a little?? SS has a personal car drive her ass back and forth instead of driving herself or taking the train. Wtf??? How much is that costing? The whole ITL is traveling all over the place spending who knows how much. But its our jobs getting cut to save money. How about leading by example? Worthless!

 

They don't know the first thing about leadership.

 

This is exactly why this leadership will get NO respect. They dont flinch about doing the dirty work as long as they dont get THEIR hands dirty. They put on the show that they are sensitive and feel bad. Bullshit.

 

Half of SS's leadership team went on vacation this week. In the middle of the reorg! They're here for us, as long as it doesn't inconvenience them and they don't have to do anything.

 

Driving is for commoners. So is the train.

AZ should ban Accenture and not hire anyone from Accenture

 

It will never happen! Accenture will still be here even after you ave been chewed up and spit out by pfizer.

If Accenture is SO bad why is your top management so depending on us? Does it really surprise anyone in the US that JM, LP and PH himself contracted ACN for over half a millon to implement the GCE operating model. Is that pathetic??? 5 people over 3 months. $3620 per DAY for one PM. The US AZ leadership is so f'in dynamic they have us put together your new global op model. No f'in wonder you are a pathetic excuse for a company! Pfizer is conducting a mercy killing.

 

If thats true then yep we are our own worst enemy. Top management has such a stake in success that they OUTSOURCE implementing the op model to a POS company like ACN. AZ deserves every beating it gets! WHEN is someone going to stand up and say enough!!!

 

Now that GA is in with that bunch its gonna be a free for all for Accenture!
