What happened to the promised 15k bonus to each hood that reaches 115% to goal on each product? It was uncapped and now? .....2 months into launch and they change IC plan because farxiga is doing better than expected... Thanks AZ
Apparently, now the 15k only applies to the first 20% that reach that goal! Total BS and a perfect way to piss off a salesforce. The people running the show at AZ are idiots....
Another example of an unfair bonus system using a ridiculous measure to reward supposed success. Territory X has a total market of 1,000 RXs and only one major managed care plan that only covers one competitive drug. Territory Y has a total market of 100,000 RXs and a managed care plan that covers all drugs in the basket. But both PSSs have to achieve 50% to get paid. PSS for territory X sells 500 RXs and makes the bonus while Pss for territory Y sells 45,000 RX and doesn't. What a bunch of fucking idiots who come up with simple formulas that rarely reward the right people.
