Divided we fall

    New Jersey hospice location is slowly rotting. They have 2 AE's and 2 CTC's on census of 50; AE's-forget about it- don't know hospice, can not sell hospice to save their lives. Still employed.
    New VP a blind bat, inept choices for management. Does she want to bury them before time? Chose a non-leader for DOO, someone who won't be able to help the nurses out when they need, even with advise- she does not know hospice!
    The new Clinical Manager was a nurse in the field- lazy, always late, clinically weak, poor documentation; and at all, not the brightest tool in the shed, how became a Clinical Manager- a mystery.
    The old Clinical Manager is frightened to go to the field! She is a nurse, incompetent in patient care!
    The moral in the office is rotten, No wonder all the nurses are looking to leave!
    And the corporate knows, but does nothing. Normal.
