Can anyone give an update on this division in 2015 and moving forward? Looking at an expansion role where they are adding reps to a large territory. Position is 100% commission- how much money can be reasonably expected first year?
Very hard to say not knowing anything about the territory. Find out why the position is open. What are the sales number for the territory the previous year? Try to speak with other sales reps. They will give you all the info you need.
Thanks, its a new expansion position in houston so thats why its open. Increasing the number of reps in the area

No one is going to be able to accurately tell you this here. Ask the hiring manager. It's okay to want to know how much you are going to make. Ask other reps in sports medicine ( all companies) along with trauma/ ortho reps. They will know how the products or can at least find out for you or point you in the right direction.

I think thats the point of this website. There are likely those reps you describe on here everyday who could tell him about pay and how they stack up, etc.
Something tells me these guys aren't working for free. For all commission positions, do they provide a salary for a few months to get the territory running?
