OTISMED RECALL

Someone should finally put this dog to sleep.

 

Is this legal issue going to court? I read in the Quarterly Report that this still has not been settled. Is this going to be a jury trail?

 

I for one hope it does go to a public court trial. I would like to see full disclosure. Does anyone have any information about this ongoing issue?

 

FYI, Howell's brother is in management for Stryker and help facilitate the Otismed purchase.

I can still remember when so many guys pushed OTISMED on the low low in 2007-2009 to be able to hit that 20% growth quota set by Stryker each year. I was a little envy because the test run was not in our region…hard to believe now how Stryker got away with it on such a massive scale of patients with no FDA approval.

Otismed did not have its own sales force. So.......who was selling to the hospitals and doctors? Chi???
