MSBU more details

Starting next month Genoptix will start selling Gilenya. This will be done over phases and phase out the Novartis Arm of MSBU in preparation for a reduction to 24 reps by early 2015. You can take this info to bank. We are divesting to Genoptix in the US in case we need to sell off this division to another bidder. My advice look for a new job now unless you feel lucky. Yes I am from HQ and yes I will be called aBS'er. But this won't change a damn thing as the decision has been made!

 

What can you tell us about pc. We know we are cooked, but im looking for info on how much longer.

I work in HQ and there will be no layoffs. I just sat in a leadership meeting and they are very happy with the ratio of reps to sales.

If someone is pretending to be from HQ and saying there is no layoffs pending Shame on Them! These are the FACTS, straight from horse's mouth:

1. Genoptix will start handling Gilenya sales little by little. If you don't believe this check ad boards. MS Specialists being hired by Genoptix. Done deal.

2. We will cut Novartis salesforce to 24 reps in key territories. This is done deal.

3. If sales flatline we are looking at possibly selling Genoptix (ie. Gilenya) in the USA.

4. Our focus will be European and international sales as Gilenya is only DMT with brain volume indication. FDA will not let us do this in USA so ask yourself what value do YOU really bring?

Do a Search on LinkedIn under Jobs for Novartis MS Specialist dumb ass! You will see Genoptix hiring! Do some research and learn about business and economic 101! Dumb ass!
