Drug Testing Policy

I'm in in process of evaluating an offer for Novartis, but have some questions about the drug testing policy. Will the pre-employment test be a hair test or urine test? Will I be tested while employed? I can pass a urine test no problem, but will need to decline and save face if I'll be hair tested.

Urine....no further testing once in. That's been my experience anyway and haven't heard differently.

 

it's ridiculous that we're tested at all, unless one wants to manufacture and quality control the medicines.

 

The hair test is undependable to say the least. You'd be better off trying your luck.
