Off or not off? I just got hired and I heard that last year you didn't get it but home office did? Will we get it this year?

Correct. Sales are considered "essential" so we do not get this week off. You have to use vacation time and/or floating holidays if you want off.

 

That's such a morale booster to give it off to others but not sales the ones that make it possible to hit the goals in order to give it off. Also if sales needs something from home office that week is not like they can actually reach out to get it done bc hey you're all off! If you're going to give it off GIVE IT TO EVERYONE PEARSON! It's not like that week is very productive anyway.

 

A good week to catch the flu or make pharmacy calls.

 

Still have to use sick time for that. I'm sure most of us will try to carry over as much as possible since next year it's all accrued and will take about 6 months just to get a week off.
