Did you guys look at what he accomplished at Savient? He went after those he didn't like...and I mean SET THEM UP. What legit CEO does that, Then he brought in a lot of high salaries, one of which he was doing before she left for NPS. Then he left that company limping. I was in meetings with him and he'd always use the term "Make the shareholders believe". That tells the whole story. Now he's done it again. But he's rich....good job JJ, the man upstairs will deal with your thievery

Well said. Bravo! JJ has already been removed from the website. He has probably already been escorted from the building and is "working from home" for the last 2 weeks (~$23,000 of salary)
On his last official day the debt was finally addressed. The stock lost over 30% that day. Seems a little late for those who believed he was going to address it long ago as he said he would. Does 6 million spent on advice mean you are "well advised"... This 6 million was in the financials. Why was this particular expense was so important to describe to the public? Do they describe how much they spend on legal fees? If they do not, why did they describe one and not the other?
many claim the hedge funds placed him there. If true he did the job they would have wanted him to do of pillaging the company from the inside. The lavish and needless spending including the DTC for an oncology drug should be enough to spark an investigation of any ties he may have to hedge funds.
