Expansion plans?

Can you tell me about the upcoming expansion? How many reps are they hiring? Do we get a co car? Anything would be helpful.

For anyone planning to apply for the RD positions the new VP Sales from Genzyme brought over one of his own for the NE position so be prepared for major favoritism and lack of other "promotional" opportunities. Leadership at its best yet again.

 

Does anyone know what outside recruiters work with Alkermes?

 

Been there done that with my previous company. Not going back to that again. Pointless and frustrating.

 

Looks like there are a bunch of postings for jobs on website. Can anyone tell me when rep hirings will begin?

 

Could use some info regarding the expansion plan, too!!

You know where he went. Same company that has been calling all of us up and they pay big. Hear they have been reaching out to RBM's, specialists and managed markets people for the past 2 months. I hear they launch by the end of this year. They'll be making offers to DM's and managed markets by end of September and reps will start interviewing in October and be on board by 11/1/14 at the latest.

Listen to what the recruiter tells you. They pay big and those already there selling the naltrexone product love the place and tell me they are bonused very well. If there is ever a discrepancy they err on the side of making the sales rep whole. They are very loyal and love working there. It's the opposite of working here which consists of getting screwed over with voodoo number and goal setting and they really value their employees.

Here's my new professional growth plan:
1. get job with a company that has a future and respects their employees and pay them what they are worth.

I know of 3 people on my team that already have had telephone screens.
