Without the contract reps you NEVER could would have sold SHT with Invokana. You had no diabetes experience and the people I work with in a "team" still don't get it. Hard to believe.

You gotta luv how we train the competition. Two cso reps became my main competitors after being trained here. Lovely system we gave going on... If you are the competition.

At the Immunology POA, the leadership mentioned adding Contract sales reps. What does this mean for Executive Immunology specialists?

It means they will continue to be managed out as usual.

    Prediction---
12 months from now immunology will have 50% Contract. Onc will fair better since you actually need a brain to work there. Immunology reps and DMs are screwed...that simple

JD has always wanted a leveling at JBI. Don't you remember the meeting where he said we were all the same. Then they cut our IC down with the banding? Contract reps are the next step. It doesn't matter if they don't have the connections. It doesn't matter that we are better sales reps. J&J figures the marginal benefit we bring is outweighed by the greater cost. It's big pharma thinking. We haven't been biotech for years. As one great rep/DM put it, we succeed despite leadership. They never understood why, they will find out when the rest of us legacy reps are gone. Get your resumes out there, we are about to hit bottom.

Hell, I think the contract reps are much better reps than so many of our janssen reps.

I heard that all the academic reps that have been let go are being replaced by contract reps. Not sure why they would try them there first because that's the toughest job in the company.

Because the contract reps want the jobs more than many of our Janssen reps!

If it wasn't for my academic rep I wouldn't have gone to P club so many times. Keep them on the job!

It's evident enough- friggin paid for trolls monitoring these boards for competitors- dumb ass, cluelss PHD, paid for creeping on our site. P club stands for "pitiful." Now get lost.
