It's scary that everytime that you turn around someone leaves. What is going on with this company? Why does it treat people like crap and fire people on the spot? I can't wait to get out of here. I wake up sweating every day knowing that I have to go to work here. I'm so disgusted.
Leave?? 99.999% are let go. Look for another opportunity. I am. Company model is not to keep anyone long term. Everyone is replaceable at Valeant, there is no long term plan for anyone. Place is a joke. Run by inepts, most would never be able to get lateral positions anywhere else as they are subpar. Look at all the assholes in management positions, both commercial and R&D. Could not find their way out of a paper bag even with GPS. They eventually either get rid of anyone that knows anything or chase them away. Counting the days until I find something better.
