Wait till you see the basic infrastructure requirements the ball and chain that is Dendreon foists upon us. We'll eventually have to chew off the leg it's attached to just to survive, and much like an animal escaping the trap, we'll never be the same.

The well is far from dry. So long as the guys on Wall Street are getting paid handsome commissions every time they place more shares or debt, the well will overflow with new money. Face it, Valeant has been a huge financial success even though it is a commercial disaster.

When all the bad decisions catch up to the company, which they will, those in charge will retire with their bags of money, Wall Street will move on to funding the next Valeant, and retail shareholders will be left holding the bag. Employees, of course, will be the most screwed.

Just because you haven't seen the money does not mean that it is unavailable. The company still deals with top tier banks that can get deals done. When their roster of active bankers moves to the next tier, which it will eventually, that will be the handwriting on the wall. Until then it just means the guys at the top are being cheap bastards.
