Please someone from valeant be kind enough to let us know what your vacation is (sick days as well) as well as any other benefit info that may be beneficial? I appreciate it.
Not sure what sales gets, but as a non-sales employee, Vacation is 3 weeks per year for those with less than 10 years of service, 4 weeks for more than 10. Vacation can be carried over, with a maximum momentary accrual of 1.5x (aka, if you get 3 weeks you can only have a maximum of 4.5 weeks "in the bank" or you will stop accruing). Sick days are 6 per year, and you can have a maximum momentary accrual of 2x. 401k match is 50% of 6% (if you put in 6%, they put in 3%).
Would you please share what the Medical/ health insurance plan(s) are offered ? Just became part of Valeant with one of the acquisitions and have not been told what our Medical coverage is. Thanks in advance.
I'm not sure if we have one set of national plans or if they are regional. You may not have to worry about it until open enrollment in the fall.
