    Sorry to rant but why do we have this division? It is infuriating to partner with them as they deem themselves an elite, skilled hospital sales force. They we to help us get P13 on formulary which is why our quota increased. They fail and drop the product, but we are left to pick up their lack of work. Sorry but contract them!

    Sounds like a disgruntled vaccine rep who has done nothing but count vials and take orders for about 7 years (which means getting paid for nothing-doctors have to order and use it in Pediatrics) before the Adult indication came out . Tough having to work huh!! Stop whining and sell something!! Jackass

    42nd Street here and analysis shows that we don't need either of you. Period.

    Vaccines reps are order takers, plain and simple. CDC determines uptake. Robertson's pilot on service reps already showed we can get just about the same level of sales at 25% the cost.

    IS reps were once valuable, but we just don't have any products for them. Couple that with IDNs more than ever only care about costs so contracting rules the day, not doctors.

    So, you two can bitch all you want, but both of you will be on the street before Easter.

    No one cares about either division. IS is hanging on to anything they can get and YOU are the ones who should be contract.

    Wrong. Don't start this up again. Robertson has nothing to do with these two divisions. He is in charge of the Value/Established Products.
    Vaccine= VOC division
    IS= Innovative division

    I agree with you rat they are not needed but don't say NO JOBS before Easter. You are just creating unsupported negativity.

    Totally untrue. Jeff's pilot proved the opposite! Your order takers comment is old. Sure many TM's take orders for our Ped. offices. But 90% of our time is spent in non-Ped offices. So sure we take orders, it's called customer service. Most of our time is spent driving PC use, and many of us have excelled at it.
