I am fairly new to nephron, and everyone has been very nice. I have gotten the feeling that nephron is like a family! I don see what everyone is complaining about.
I see the way to succeed at nephron is to work hard, follow te rules and be a team player!

I can't wait till I get my hands on SC to get that facility running! It's going to be awesome.

I agree! I really enjoy working for Nephron. I would guess most of the complainers do not work for Nephron. "Anymore"

If you look at all of the other companies on cafepharma, I think this is just a place for unhappy people. There will always be those people that want to point fingers and complain.

Life is too short for the negativity. Live your life right, work hard, enjoy your family and be positive.

    LOL.

I can't believe the management has the time to post this shit. This Busch league company neve ceases to amaze.

Shouldn't you be working on your compliance? Improving employee morale? Buying a new Benz? Anything would be better than this.

Before this thread gets filled up with too many folks hating on Nephron, I would like to say a few things...

I have never worked at a perfect company. Every company, and every person for that matter, has their warts. You just need to decide (if you haven’t already fallen into the negativity rut) if you are going to be an agent of change or an agent of complaint and obstruction (whether passive or active). Being an agent of change is really freakin’ hard though, so most people opt for the less difficult agent of complaint. Nephron has some really talented, dedicated and committed people working for it, and frankly, running it. I won’t get into a protracted argument about Lou and Bill pro and cons (and no, they are not perfect and neither are we), but I can tell you one thing. Those are the two people I would want to have my back in a fight! And be sure of one thing; business in America is a fight. It's a fight every day: to not get swindled by others (too often), to kick and scratch for market share, to fight to find new business opportunities and jump at them first.

Is Nephron perfect? Nope. Is any place or person perfect? Nope. I, however, see change happening at Nephron and the more of us that step up and become an agent helping to effect positive, reasonable and forward moving change, the quicker Nephron will change for the better.

I realize this post will likely get a fair amount of flack for being a head-in-the-clouds view, and I am not blind to the personnel, morale, procedural and compliance issues that need to be addressed (and remember, every company has them) but no matter what I want to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem. Don’t you want to look back at your life and be able to say that? That you helped fix something rather than helped hurt something?

If you have already given up and given in to the morass of negativity, I feel for you, but snap out of it! If you haven’t, just be encouraged that there are a lot of us here that are excited about the company and want desperately to be able to look back in a few years after a ton of hard work and difficult situations and say that we were part of making Nephron better.

For anyone who doesn't like the ways/personnel/owners of Nephron, there is a door and you are welcome to use it. Leave and find yourself a new, better job. I guarantee in 6 months you will have just as many negative things to say about that company and you will be right back where you started. A negative person will always be able to find something negative where ever they go. I agree, it isn't perfect. I agree, things could be better in some ways. I have seen and known about quite a few things that I don't agree with or understand. But I would rather stay working for this company where I know what to expect from people, than go to a new company and have to learn how to understand everyone. So the choice lies with you: stay and accept that this is Nephron, this is how it will be and it will most likely never change; or leave and take your negativity somewhere else.
